So today I ate a big Boal oatibix Bitesize cereal with a little dark chocolate muesli with oats and wheat, and nuts mixed with milk. After just ten minutes later, I have some SPAG Boal was like yesterday and I ate with some mini-kebab pita bread, homemade Brown was a small kebab.
